General
Your use of LanStreet.com website is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions set forth below. Please read the following information carefully. By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this Site and please do not submit any order for products or services.

Purchase & Payment
(a) Prices and promotions are listed in LanStreet.com, and are subject to change without notice. Prices for certain governmental, corporate, and institutional customers may be set forth in a bid or other written agreement between the parties.
(b) PAYMENT is due before shipment, unless credit terms have been arranged in advance with LanStreet.com's Credit Department. In such case, payment terms shall be set forth in the credit agreement.
(c) All U.S. Government Agencies and Educational Institutes are automatically approved for net 30 days.
(d) LanStreet.com collects sales and use taxes for sales made to residents of the State of California, unless exempted.
(e) There will be a $25.00 surcharge applied to all returned check.

Shipping
LanStreet.com will arrange payment for shipping with the carrier, but such costs are the responsibility of customer. Risk of loss is upon customer once LanStreet.com deliver the product to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and LanStreet.com shall not be liable for delays.

Returns
(a) All Non-Defective returns authorized by LanStreet.com are subject to a 15% restocking fee and must be completed within 30 days of invoice with original receipt. No cash refund. All returned merchandise must have RMA#, copy of invoice, and in original package without missing parts. Incomplete returns, unmarked returns missing a RMA# or unauthorized returns may be refused or subject to additional fees.
(b) Products purchased under specific government or education contracts and or regulations may be subject to different return policies.

Error and Omissions
(a) LanStreet.com makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of the information published in our catalogs and on our website. However, the documents and graphics published on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. LanStreet.com makes no representation about the suitability of the information and graphics presented on this site. All such documents and graphics are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
(b) If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, LanStreet.com shall maintain the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If the order has been confirmed and charged to your credit card, LanStreet.com shall immediately issue a credit in the amount of the incorrect price.
