Return Policy

Lanstreet will gladly accept returns on any unsatisfactory products within 30 days of your product's shipping date. We guarantee an exchange or full refund with the return of the product. Customers are then responsible for the costs of two-way shipping.

If a return is made after 30 days of your product's shipping date, or if the return has to be made within 30 days of shipping date but the package / product has been opened or damaged or used, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from credit, however, we reserve the right to reject a return after 30 days.


Return Procedures
  • In an ever-going effort to simplify the customer's online experience, Lanstreet.com has created an online RMA system that will enable you to request and track returns online.

  • Simply login into your account with your email address and password and follow the easy instructions.

  • Please note: we are not accepting RMA requests by fax or phone.


  • *If you have forgotten your account username/password, click here to have your information sent to you via E-mail.

    *If you have never created an online account with us but would like to request a return, you must first create an account.

Shipping Policy

  • Federal Express and UPS Shipping Services are available.

  • All orders are shipped out the same day if:
    - order was placed before 3:30PM Pacific time, and
    - product is in stock at LanStreet.com's warehouse.


  • All prices exclude freight and sales tax. All products are shipped FOB LanStreet.

  • Please be sure to include the following information:
    - Shipping Address
    - Billing Address (if different from Shipping Address)
    - Telephone Number
    - Email Address (for us to notify you with your tracking #)
    - Credit Card Number and Expiration Date
    - Full Name on the Credit Card
