Shopping Cart

With Lanstreet.com�s Shopping Cart, shopping has never been easier!

  • Placing an Item in Your Cart
    Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "Add to Cart" button. This button can be found on any item's detail page, to the right of the quantity information. When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the Proceed to Checkout icon. This is the beginning of the ordering process.

  • Changing Item Quantities
    If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "Qty" box. Be sure to click the "Update" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes.

  • Deleting Items from Your Cart
    If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, change the number to "0" in the "Qty" box, then click the "Update" button.

Check Out

Once you are finished shopping and have all the items in your shopping cart that you wish to purchase, please proceed to Checkout.

Lanstreet.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order. Lanstreet.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item in accordance with our order limitation policy. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.


Product Availability

The availability information presented on our site is the best, most current information we have, but errors do occur, and this information does not constitute a guarantee or promise of availability. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will do our best to let you know. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change.


Order Changes

If you would like to modify an existing order, please call us Toll Free at (877)246-8294. If we receive your phone request by 3:00pm Pacific/6:00pm Eastern, we may be able to modify the order before it is sent to the warehouse.


Order Cut-off Time

For an item marked "usually ships same day" on our site, we require the order to be entered on our Web Site AND credit approved no later than 3:30pm Pacific/6:30pm Eastern, and the order will probably ship that business day. Orders placed and credit approved anytime Saturday or Sunday for items in stock will ship on the next business day. Please note that our warehouses do not ship on Saturday, Sunday or major holidays. Orders placed and/or credit approved later than the applicable warehouse cut-off time will ship the next business day. Product availability, geographic location and other factors determine the warehouse location that your product ships from. This determination is made automatically and cannot be manually overridden by Lanstreet.com customer service personnel.


Tax Exempt

We are required by law to collect applicable state sales tax when we ship orders to California.

If your organization has been approved for tax-exempt status in California, please click here and print out the Request for Tax Exempt Form.

If you are CA Reseller, please click here for CA Reseller Tax Exempt Form.

After you filled out the form, fax it back to us. Be sure to provide us a copy of your tax-exempt permit or we will not be able to complete your order.

After receiving your forms, we will process your request within 2 hours during normal business hours. Once the request is approved, you will receive an email along with your account information. By using the username and password that we have assigned, you will not be charged a sales tax when using our fast, easy, and secure online shopping system.
